Georgetown, Texas — September 22, 2008 –IF marketing & advertising, a full-service advertising agency located outside Austin, Texas, announces the hiring of talented web developer, William Yarbrough and the promotion of Associate Creative Directors, Juancho Cantillo and Shawn Ng. Cantillo and Ng will each share creative leadership responsibilities for IF, overseeing all of the agency’s creative productions. Yarbrough will specialize in the enhanced usability and interactivity of the agency’s creative designs and web-based marketing applications. IF marketing & advertising provides strategic guidance in brand development, website design, email marketing, as well as CRM and lead management. The roles of the new Internet Marketing Engineer and Associate Creative Directors will be to maintain the agency’s innovative and distinctive style of design and storytelling.

Ng now has more than twelve years of experience in professional art direction, illustration and design. Since joining the IF team, Shawn has played an integral role in creative development and design for the agency’s healthcare clients, including North Cypress Medical Center and Park Plaza Hospital in Houston, as well as several homebuilders and real estate developments.

Before joining IF, Ng founded I See Design, an Austin-based graphic and visual design company. He has also worked as an advertising specialist, illustrator and art director for companies in the U.S., Taiwan and Malaysia. Among these organizations was the Assemblies of God North Texas District Chi Alpha Campus Ministries where he served as Advertising & Marketing Specialist. Ng has extensive experience in a wide range of media and applications, including digital design and illustration, television, pen & ink, and print and web productions. Ng holds a B.A. in Journalism from the National ChengChi University of Taiwan, and an MA in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin.

Associate Creative Director Juancho Cantillo brings over ten years of experience in professional art direction, web and print design to the company. In the three years Juancho has been a part of the IF team, he has played a central role in developing brand identities, brochure designs and websites for some of the agency’s largest real estate clients, including Briar’s Creek (Johns Island, SC), Red Ledges (Heber City, UT), Cascadas de Manzanillo (Manzanillo, MX) and Galingayle (Lake Oconee, GA).

Cantillo has also worked as an advertising specialist, illustrator, and art director for companies in the U.S. and Columbia. Cantillo has extensive experience in a wide range of media and applications, including digital design and illustration, television, pen & ink, and print and web productions. Cantillo has now been with IF marketing & advertising for 3 years as Senior Art Director. Directly before joining IF, he worked as a Senior Graphic Designer for the Alliance Abroad Group. Cantillo holds a B.A. in Graphic Design from Jorge Tadeo Lozano University in Bogota, Columbia.

As Internet Marketing Engineer, William Yarbrough brings much experience to IF in Web solutions from e-commerce, forums, Web applications, and e-campaigns. Having founded Vesper Web Design in 2006, he has also served as a Lead Programmer for ISDG, Inc. and a Web Manager for the Engineering of Public Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin. In addition, he has won awards for accessibility and American Disabilities Act compliance in Web design. Yarbrough will work closely with the web development and design teams for some of IF’s largest clients. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors of Science.
